Windows & Browser Support
In line with industry practice INCO is committed to supporting both current and the previous version of web browsers.
This allows time for users to upgrade at their own pace.
However, from time to time, we are asked about support for browsers and operating systems that are out of date and have, in some cases, not been supported by Microsoft for years.
Whilst we will always try to accommodate such requests, it is important to note that maintaining comparability with old, unsupported and unsecure, software and operating systems can degrade the functional and visual experience for those users running current generation software.
Our current support Matrix (as of Q2 2016) is below:
Operating Systems
Operating System | Microsoft Mainstream Support End | Microsoft Extended Support End | INCO Standard Support |
